Lazy Susan Hardware & Bearings

Replacing a worn lazy susan, or building one into a cabinet? This page has the parts: swivel bearings, bottom-mount hardware, pie-cut hardware kits and snap-pin replacement hardware. For complete lazy susans with shelves, see cabinet lazy susans.

Lazy susan bearings and swivels

  • Rev-A-Shelf steel and aluminum bearings in 7" and 10" diameters, each available with or without a stop.
  • CSH ball-bearing swivels in 3", 4" and 6" square and 9" and 12" round sizes, for turntables, displays and DIY lazy susans.
  • 12-7/8" cast aluminum lazy susan bearing rated 350 lb, for full-round or pie-cut shelves.
  • Low-profile TV swivel rated 500 lb, 1/2" high and 10.3" square.

A bearing with a stop lets the shelf come to rest at a set point, so a pie-cut lazy susan's open corner lines up with the cabinet doors.

Hardware kits and replacement parts

  • Rev-A-Shelf 4.25" bottom-mount hardware
  • Pie-cut hardware sets with polymer castings for wood trays, including a 28" set for bulk trays
  • Century Components hardware kits for 2-shelf pie-cut lazy susans, in dependent rotation (the shelves turn together) and independent rotation (each shelf turns on its own)
  • Rev-A-Shelf snap-pin hardware for polymer kidney lazy susans, and Lazy Daisy hardware for wood 3-tray full-circle lazy susans

Still not sure what you have? Look for a brand name or part number on the old hardware, measure the shelf diameter and the bearing, and contact our team. See all kitchen organization, or corner cabinet organizers for blind corners.

Questions

Can I replace just the lazy susan hardware?

Often, yes. If the shelves are in good shape, replacing the bearing or hardware kit is cheaper than a new lazy susan. Match the shelf shape, the number of shelves and how the hardware mounts.

What does "with stop" mean on a lazy susan bearing?

The bearing stops the shelf at a set position, which keeps a pie-cut shelf's opening aligned with the doors.

What's the difference between dependent and independent rotation?

With dependent rotation, all shelves turn together. With independent rotation, each shelf turns on its own.

What size bearing do I need?

Use the size the shelf was made for. As a guide, 7" bearings suit smaller shelves and 10" or 12-7/8" bearings suit larger, heavier ones.
