Bottom-mount trash pullouts
Bottom-mount units sit on the cabinet floor on full-extension slides. The Rev-A-Shelf wood bottom-mount pullout is solid maple with dovetail construction, door-mount brackets and storage behind the bin for bags, in 15" and 18" widths. The steel bottom-mount pullout with soft-close comes in Orion Gray, silver, black and champagne, single or double, 27 to 50 quarts. The wire bottom-mount waste container comes in 27 and 35 quarts for 12", 15" and 18" widths.
Top-mount and door-mount trash pullouts
The Rev-A-Shelf wood top-mount waste container is made for face frame cabinets, in widths from 12" to 24". Door-mount kits like the Knape & Vogt top-mount door-mount waste pullout and the Hardware Resources soft-close door-mount trash pullout open with the cabinet door.
Double bins, recycling and compost
Double-bin pullouts keep trash and recycling side by side. The Knape & Vogt soft-close wooden trash and recycling pullout comes single or double in 27, 35 and 50 quarts, and the Rev-A-Shelf organic waste center comes with two or four bins.

Questions
How do I measure for a pull-out trash can?
Measure the cabinet opening width inside the face frame or sides, plus the inside depth and height, and check the minimum opening each unit lists. The 15" Rev-A-Shelf wood bottom-mount pullout, for example, needs an opening of 11-1/2" or wider. Top-mount face frame units are also sized by face frame width.
What's the difference between bottom-mount and top-mount?
Bottom-mount pullouts, like the Rev-A-Shelf wood bottom-mount series, hold the bins in a base that mounts to the floor of the cabinet. Top-mount and door-mount units mount differently, so check the mounting and opening requirements listed on each product.
Can I get a double pull-out trash can for recycling?
Yes. Most styles come in single or double versions, including double 27, 35 and 50 quart configurations.
Do you sell replacement trash bins?
Yes. Rev-A-Shelf replacement waste containers come in 20 to 50 quart sizes, and lids are sold separately.
Is there a soft-close pull-out trash can?
