What is the difference between RTA and Pre-Assembled cabinets?
Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets ship flat-packed to save you money on shipping and labor; they typically take 15-20 minutes each to build. Pre-Assembled cabinets arrive fully built by our pros, so you can begin installation the moment they arrive.
Are these cabinets made of solid wood or particle board?
Cabinet construction varies by collection and door style. Review each product description for the exact materials, or contact us and we can help confirm the right option for your project.
Do the drawers and doors come with soft-close hardware?
Most cabinet collections include soft-close hinges and drawer glides. Check the product details for collection-specific hardware information.
How do I know I'm ordering the right size for my layout?
Measure your wall space, appliance openings, and ceiling height before ordering. If you need help, our team can review your layout and guide you toward the correct cabinet sizes.
Are the sides of the cabinets finished?
Finished sides vary by cabinet line and item type. Decorative end panels and skins are available when a cabinet side will be exposed.
What is the lead time for shipping?
Lead times depend on the selected cabinet line, inventory, and destination. Product pages and order updates provide the most current timing.
How are the cabinets delivered?
Cabinets typically ship by freight carrier. Delivery details and tracking information are sent after your order ships.
What should I do if a piece arrives damaged?
Inspect your shipment when it arrives and contact us right away with photos of the damage, packaging, and order information so we can help resolve it quickly.
