Brushed Nickel Cabinet Pulls

Brushed nickel cabinet pulls have a soft, matte silver look that sits easily next to stainless appliances and chrome or nickel faucets. Amerock and Top Knobs sell this finish as satin nickel, so that's the name you'll see on each product. Shop bar, cup, wire and edge pulls plus 12" and 18" appliance pulls from Amerock, Top Knobs, Hickory Hardware, Schaub and Deltana.

Sizes

Brushed nickel pulls come in every common size: 3", 3-3/4" (96 mm), 5-1/16" (128 mm), 6-5/16" (160 mm), 7-9/16" (192 mm), 8-13/16" (224 mm), 10-1/16" (256 mm) and 12-5/8" (320 mm). Measure center-to-center: the distance between the middle of the two screw holes, not the overall length. If you are replacing pulls, match the old hole spacing so you don't have to drill or fill holes.

Finish the room with brushed nickel cabinet knobs. Want more shine? See polished nickel cabinet pulls, or compare black cabinet pulls and all cabinet pulls.

Questions

Is brushed nickel the same as satin nickel?

They are the same idea: a brushed, low-shine nickel. Amerock and Top Knobs both call their version satin nickel, which is how it is listed here.

Is brushed nickel outdated?

No. Brushed nickel cabinet pulls are still one of the three most-searched pull finishes in the US, with black and champagne bronze.

Brushed nickel or polished nickel?

Brushed (satin) nickel is matte and hides fingerprints well; polished nickel is bright and reflective. Match whichever your faucet or lighting uses.

What size brushed nickel pulls do I need?

Match the hole spacing of your old pulls, measured center-to-center, or use the 1/3 rule for new drawers: a pull about one third of the drawer width.
