Special terms of purchase for Elite Cabinetry’s Heritage, Crestmore, and Elegance Premiere cabinet lines
Cabinets are made to order and thus orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once the order is signed off and approved. All corrections / changes must be done prior to order approval. Approvals will only be accepted via a signed and returned order. Verbal order approvals will not be accepted.
Typical lead time from order to delivery is 3-4 weeks. Holidays and severe weather restricting travel may increase delivery lead time.
Shipping damage must be noted with the delivering freight carrier on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims of shipping damage without proper documentation will not be accepted.
Products received in error, missing and / or defective must be reported within 7 working days of receipt. Report such items directly to your sales representative via email, fax, or the contact us page. Please include the following information: customer number, invoice number, and a list stating each defect, error, or missing item. Supporting photos are highly recommended and may be required.
Replacements for items deemed by CSH to be defective will be sent at no charge. Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible. However due to the made-to-order nature of the product, replacements may have a similar lead time as the original order. Please plan accordingly. The return of the defective item(s) may be required.
Returns of non-defective items will not be accepted.
