Special terms of purchase for Elite Cabinetry’s Heritage, Crestmore, and Elegance Premiere cabinet lines

  • Cabinets are made to order and thus orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once the order is signed off and approved. All corrections / changes must be done prior to order approval. Approvals will only be accepted via a signed and returned order. Verbal order approvals will not be accepted.
  • Typical lead time from order to delivery is 3-4 weeks. Holidays and severe weather restricting travel may increase delivery lead time.
  • Shipping damage must be noted with the delivering freight carrier on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims of shipping damage without proper documentation will not be accepted.
  • Products received in error, missing and / or defective must be reported within 7 working days of receipt. Report such items directly to your sales representative via email, fax, or the contact us page. Please include the following information: customer number, invoice number, and a list stating each defect, error, or missing item. Supporting photos are highly recommended and may be required.
  • Replacements for items deemed by CSH to be defective will be sent at no charge. Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible. However due to the made-to-order nature of the product, replacements may have a similar lead time as the original order. Please plan accordingly. The return of the defective item(s) may be required.
  • Returns of non-defective items will not be accepted.
