Spaceballs are used in the manufacturing of solid panel wood doors; they fit in the rail and stile quite easily and fast - and - they don’t fall out. Once they are in the frame it is back to standard door construction. Over compressing by more than half the diameter of the Spaceball can cause wood discoloration. |

| Tired of inserting Spaceballs by hand? EZ Ball inserts your Spaceballs instantly with the press of the trigger. Works with .260 & .232 Spaceballs. Cannister holds over 1500 .260 Spaceballs. Use .260 Spaceballs if your groove width ranges from .210" to .250". Use .232 Spaceballs if your groove width ranges from .180" to .210". Spaceballs must be lightly dusted with talcum powder. One 16 ounce bottle of EZ Talc is included with your EZ Ball. Just squirt a small shot of talc into the bag or bucket of Spaceballs and shake it up. EZ Ball works on shop compressed air and has a 1/4" NPT air inlet. You will find that the coiled hose offered here on this website works best with the EZ Ball. Usually the ones locally available have a larger coil diameter and it drags on your parts as you work. Buy the EZ Air Hanger to complete your Spaceball Insertion station. It provides a convenient place to hang your EZ Ball when not in use and it does a nice job of managing your air supply as well. View Pricing and Options | ![]() |
